Kids (nursery school year before kindergarten and kindergarten year) to 6th graders
【Capacity】
Approximately 20 people per grade
【Participation Fee】
500 yen (tax included) / person
*To be collected in cash on the day of the event.
【Venue】
Hokota General Park (2331 Toma, Hokota City)
【What to bring】
Clothes for playing soccer, a ball, a water bottle, a change of clothes
*Balls can be borrowed (please specify "ball rental desired" in the remarks column)
*Please write your name on your belongings.
【Application Form】
*A J.LEAGUE ID is required for application.
*If you do not have a J.LEAGUE ID, you can register for a new one on the application form. Please select "Acquire and Apply".

Until Sunday, April 30th, 23:59
【Other Precautions】
・In case of cancellation due to rain or other reasons, we will notify school students via Sgrum and general participants via email by 15:00 on the day of the event.
・We will provide first aid for injuries sustained on the day, but subsequent care will be the responsibility of each household. Please be aware of this in advance.
・Photos or videos taken at this event may be published on the club's official website and club media. Please apply only if you consent to this.
【Guidelines for COVID-19 Prevention】
You cannot participate if any of the following apply to you:
1) If the participant or a cohabitant has tested positive for COVID-19 or shows suspicious symptoms.
2) If the participant is designated as a close contact by the public health center (excluding those who have completed the isolation period after being designated as a close contact) or is awaiting a close contact determination.
3) If the organization to which the participant belongs (including schools) has decided to suspend activities (including class closures) due to the occurrence of a COVID-19 infection within the organization.
