Announcement of the Joint Selection Meeting for the Kashima and Kamisu School Special Courses for New 2nd Graders (2/26)

On Sunday, February 26th, we will hold a joint tryout for the Kashima School and Kamisu School Special Courses, targeting children who will be in their second year of elementary school.

[Venue]
Kashima Antlers Clubhouse Futsal Court (2887 Aotohiyama, Kashima City)

[Participation Fee]
School members: 1,000 yen (tax included)
Non-school members (general applicants): 2,000 yen (tax included)
*To be collected in cash on the day.
*Registration will take place at the ground.

[What to Bring]
Full set of soccer equipment, water bottle, participation fee

*If you do not have a J.LEAGUE ID, you can register for a new one on the application form. Please select "Register and Apply."

Until 23:59 on Thursday, February 23 (Holiday)

[Other Notes]
・Results will be notified within one week: via Sgrum for school members and by postal mail for general participants.
・Successful applicants will begin activities in April.
・Please confirm and adhere to the COVID-19 countermeasures guidelines before participating.
・Photos or videos taken at this tryout may be posted on the club's official website and club media. Please apply only if you consent to this.

[About the Special Courses]
■Kashima School Special Course
・Activity day: Every Wednesday
・Activity time: 17:00-18:20 for 2nd graders
・Activity location: Kashima Antlers Clubhouse D Ground (2887 Aotohiyama, Kashima City, Ibaraki)

■Kamisu School Special Course
・Activity day: Every Thursday
・Activity time: 18:30-19:50 for 2nd graders
・Activity location: Kamisu City Yatabe Soccer Field (12620 Yatabe, Kamisu City, Ibaraki)

[COVID-19 Countermeasures Guidelines]
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years and older) with a fever of 37.0℃ or higher, and children (under 18 years) with a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, will not be allowed to participate. Furthermore, participation is not allowed if you have any health issues including shortness of breath, fatigue, malaise, or abnormalities in taste or smell.

Participation is not allowed if any of the following apply to you within one week prior to the day of participation:

1) You or a cohabitant has tested positive for COVID-19, or has experienced symptoms consistent with the above.
2) You have been designated as a close contact by a public health center (excluding cases where the isolation period has ended after being designated as a close contact), or are awaiting judgment as a close contact.
3) The organization to which you belong (including schools) has decided to suspend activities (including class closures) within the organization due to the occurrence of a COVID-19 infection.

Furthermore, please strictly adhere to the following when participating:

1) Be able to disclose your activity log for the past two weeks to the club (when, where, and what you were doing).
2) Understand the risks and confirm infection prevention measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowded situations. If the management gives instructions regarding preventive measures, please follow them.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and return home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Practice cough etiquette on the pitch, and do not spit or blow your nose with your hands.

If you have any concerns about your physical condition, please refrain from participating.
