Announcement: Tsukuba, Joso, and Yuki Special Course Selection Sessions for New 4th-6th Graders (Feb 19, Feb 23)

We will be holding a joint tryout for the Kashima Antlers Tsukuba, Joso, and Yuki School Special Courses, as detailed below.

【Eligibility・Number of Recruits】
Current 3rd to 5th graders: Small number
*As an eligibility requirement, the Special Course is for those aiming to join Antlers Tsukuba Junior or Antlers Tsukuba Junior Youth. In principle, players who intend to participate in Antlers Tsukuba Junior or Antlers Tsukuba Junior Youth activities are eligible to participate.

【Venue】
■Tsukuba School Special Course
Kashima Antlers Tsukuba Academy Center (51-1 Midorino Chuo, Tsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture)
*Parking within the facility is not available. Please use paid parking near Midorino Station.

■Joso School Special Course
Yoshino Sun Village Soccer Field (1720-2 Kamija-machi, Joso City)

■Yuki School Special Course
Kakukan General Sports Park (1 Kakubo, Yuki City)

【Monthly Membership Fee】(As of mid-January 2023)
・Tsukuba School Special Course: 9,900 yen (tax included)
・Joso School Special Course, Yuki School Special Course: 8,800 yen (tax included)

【Tryout Schedule】
(1) Sunday, February 19, 2023
・16:30 to 20:00 (tentative)
 *Times may be divided by grade depending on the number of applicants.

(2) Thursday (holiday), February 23, 2023
・16:30 to 20:00 (tentative)
*Times may be divided by grade depending on the number of applicants.

【Participation Fee】
・Antlers School students: 1,000 yen (tax included) / per day
・General public: 2,000 yen (tax included) / per day
*Participation fees will be collected in cash on the day of the tryout.
*Participation on both days is possible. Those participating on both days will be charged for two days of participation fees.

【What to Bring】
Clothing suitable for soccer, cleats (training shoes acceptable), drinks
*Please be sure to write your name on all your belongings.

【Application Period】
(1) For tryout on Sunday, February 19: Until 15:00 on Monday, February 13
(2) For tryout on Thursday (holiday), February 23: Until 15:00 on Friday, February 17

【Notification of Results】
You will be notified by email between Tuesday, February 28 and Thursday, March 2.

【About Successful Applicants】
Activities will start from April.

■For School Students
Please contact the call center (support@antlers.co.jp) by Friday, March 10, to inform them of your success in the Special Course and request a course change.

■For General Participants
An application form will be provided on the day of the tryout. Please complete the application form in March and mail it to the call center.

【Other】
・In the event of an injury on the day, we will provide first aid, but subsequent treatment will be the responsibility of the guardians. Please be aware of this in advance.
・Photos or videos taken at this tryout may be published on the club's official website and club media. Please apply only if you agree to this.

【About COVID-19 Countermeasures Guidelines】
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years and older) with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, or minors (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, cannot participate. Furthermore, if you have any health issues including difficulty breathing, fatigue, malaise, or abnormalities in taste or smell, you cannot participate.

You cannot participate if any of the following apply to you within 1 week prior to the day of participation:

1) If you or a cohabitant has tested positive for COVID-19 or exhibited symptoms consistent with it.
2) If the participant is a close contact certified by a public health center (excluding cases where the isolation period has ended after being certified as a close contact), or is awaiting a close contact determination.
3) If the organization to which the participant belongs (including schools) has decided to suspend activities (including class closures) due to the occurrence of a COVID-19 infection within that organization.

Furthermore, please strictly adhere to the following when participating:

1) Be able to disclose your activity history for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection prevention measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distancing and avoid crowds. Follow instructions from the management regarding preventive measures.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, immediately report it and go home.
6) Prepare your bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Practice cough etiquette even on the pitch; do not spit or blow your nose with your hands.

If you have any concerns about your physical condition, please refrain from participating.
