■Kamisu School Special Course
・Activity day: Every Wednesday
・Activity time: 18:40-20:00 for elementary school students in grades 2-6
・Activity location: Kamisu City Yatabe Soccer Field (12620 Yatabe, Kamisu City, Ibaraki Prefecture)
[About COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines]
Please be sure to check your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years or older) with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, and minors (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, cannot participate. Also, if you have any physical discomfort including shortness of breath, fatigue, malaise, or abnormalities in taste or smell, you cannot participate.
You cannot participate if any of the following apply to you within one week prior to the day of participation:
1) If you or a cohabitant has tested positive for COVID-19, or has exhibited the symptoms mentioned above.
2) If the participant is identified by a public health center as a close contact (excluding those who have completed their isolation period after being identified as a close contact), or is awaiting a close contact determination.
3) If the organization to which the participant belongs (including school) has decided to suspend activities (including class closures) due to the occurrence of a COVID-19 infection within the organization.
In addition, please strictly adhere to the following when participating:
1) Be able to disclose your activity record for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) The participant understands the risks and has confirmed infection prevention measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distancing and avoid crowds. Follow instructions if there are any warnings from the management regarding prevention measures.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and return home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Practice cough etiquette even on the pitch, and do not spit or blow your nose into your hand.
If you have any concerns about your physical condition, please refrain from participating.
