Kashima Antlers Tsukuba Junior (New 6th Grade) Tryouts for the 2023 Season

2023 Kashima Antlers Tsukuba Junior (new 6th graders) Tryouts will be held. We would like to inform you about the details.
※ This is not for Kashima Junior or Norte Junior.

【Eligibility and Number of Participants】
New 6th graders (field players and goalkeepers): A few
※ As a condition of application, participants must, in principle, attend all practices four days a week (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday).

【Tryout Date】
Saturday, February 4, 2023
・16:15~16:45 Reception
・17:00~20:00 Tryouts (held even in rain)

【Venue】
Tsukuba Academy Center (51-1 Midorino Chuo, Tsukuba City)

【Application Period】
Until 23:59 on Monday, January 30, 2023
※ You cannot pay the participation fee during system maintenance. Please be aware (System maintenance period: Sunday, January 1, 2023 - Friday, January 13, 2023).

【Participation Fee】
3,500 yen (tax included) / person

【What to Bring】
Football attire (no ball needed), cleats, water bottle, tryout participation ticket
※ Please be sure to write your name on all your belongings.

【Payment Method】
・After completing your application, click on the URL in the payment guidance email you receive and complete the payment procedure on the tryout participation fee payment site.
・After the payment procedure is complete, you will receive a "Ticket Application Confirmation" email from J.League Ticket.
※ In addition to various credit card payments, you can also choose to pay at a 7-Eleven store.
※ A system usage fee of 110 yen/ticket, a ticketing fee of 110 yen/ticket, and a payment fee of 220 yen/transaction (only for 7-Eleven payments) will be charged separately.

【Payment Deadline】
Until 23:30 on Tuesday, January 31, 2023

【How to Issue Tryout Tickets】
・Please issue your "Tryout Participation Ticket" at a 7-Eleven store.
※ For credit card payments (including d払い, Rakuten Pay, and Yahoo! Wallet), tickets cannot be issued at 7-Eleven until 24 hours after payment to prevent fraudulent use.
※ If you wish to issue tickets within 24 hours (e.g., close to the deadline), please select "Pay at 7-Eleven".
・On the day of the tryouts, please present the "Tryout Participation Ticket" issued at 7-Eleven at the reception.
※ Please note that refunds for cancellations after payment cannot be made.

【COVID-19 Countermeasures Guidelines】
Please take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years or older) with a fever of 37.0℃ or higher, and children (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, cannot participate. Also, if you have difficulty breathing, fatigue, malaise, or any other physical discomfort including abnormalities in taste or smell, you cannot participate.

You cannot participate if any of the following apply to you within one week prior to the day of participation:

1) You or a cohabitant has tested positive for COVID-19, or has exhibited symptoms consistent with COVID-19.
2) You are certified as a close contact by the public health center (this does not include cases where the isolation period as a close contact has ended), or you are awaiting a close contact determination.
3) The organization to which you belong (including schools) has decided to suspend activities (including class closures) within the organization due to an outbreak of COVID-19 cases.

In addition, please strictly adhere to the following when participating:

1) You can disclose your activity record for the past two weeks to the club (when, where, and what you were doing).
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection prevention measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue until immediately before playing.
4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowded situations. Follow instructions if the management gives warnings about preventive measures.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and return home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Observe cough etiquette even on the pitch; do not spit or blow your nose with your hands.

If you have any concerns about your health, please refrain from participating.

【Others】
・A J.League ID (free) is required to apply.
・Please be sure to take your temperature before departure. If your temperature is 37.5℃ or higher, you will not be allowed to participate.
・Please make sure to wear a mask at all times inside the venue until immediately before playing.
・Please refrain from unnecessary contact between players as much as possible (handshakes, high fives, etc.).
・The changing rooms cannot be used on the day. Please come dressed.
・Please observe the rules regarding parental viewing and toilet use (explained on the day).
・The parking lot at Tsukuba Academy Center is not available. If you come by car, please use a nearby paid parking lot.
・If you cannot attend the tryouts due to scheduling conflicts, please contact the inquiry desk below.
※ Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request.
・First aid will be provided for injuries during the tryouts. After that, expenses will be your responsibility, and the club will not be held liable.
