We will be holding a "Parent-Child Soccer Class in Shimotsuma" on Sunday, November 20th. Let's have fun and get some exercise with your child using soccer balls and various equipment! We have prepared many activities that both parents and children can enjoy, so please feel free to participate.

・We will provide first aid for any injuries on the day, but please handle subsequent care at home. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

【COVID-19 Countermeasures Guidelines】
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years and older) with a fever of 37.0℃ or higher, and children (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, will not be allowed to participate. Additionally, if you have any poor health conditions including difficulty breathing, fatigue, lethargy, or abnormalities in taste or smell, you will not be allowed to participate.
You cannot participate if any of the following apply to you within one week prior to the day of participation:
1) If you or a cohabitant has tested positive for COVID-19, or has symptoms corresponding to the above.
2) If the participant is a close contact certified by the public health center (excluding cases where the isolation period has ended after being certified as a close contact), or is awaiting a close contact determination.
3) If the organization to which the participant belongs (including school) has decided to suspend activities (including class closures) due to the occurrence of a COVID-19 infected person within the organization.
Furthermore, please strictly adhere to the following when participating:
1) Be able to disclose to the club your activity history for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing).
2) The participant understands the risks and has confirmed infection control measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowded situations. If there are any instructions from the management regarding preventive measures, please follow them.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and return home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Practice cough etiquette even on the pitch, and do not spit or blow your nose with your hands.
If you have any concerns about your physical condition, please refrain from participating.
