・We will provide first aid for any injuries on the day, but please handle subsequent treatment within your own household. Thank you for your understanding.
・In case of cancellation due to rain on the day, we will notify you by 12:00.
【Guidelines for COVID-19 Measures】
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years or older) with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, and children (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher will not be allowed to participate. Also, if you have difficulty breathing, fatigue, general malaise, or any other physical discomfort including abnormalities in taste or smell, you will not be allowed to participate.
You will not be allowed to participate if any of the following apply to you within one week prior to the day of participation:
1) You or a cohabiting family member has tested positive for COVID-19, or has symptoms consistent with COVID-19.
2) You are a close contact certified by a public health center (does not include cases where you have completed the isolation period after being certified as a close contact), or you are awaiting a close contact determination.
3) The organization you belong to (including schools) has decided to suspend activities (including class closures) due to the occurrence of a COVID-19 case within the organization.
Also, please strictly observe the following when participating:
1) Be able to disclose your activity log for the past two weeks to the club (when, where, and what you were doing).
2) Understand the risks and confirm infection prevention measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowded situations. If you receive instructions from the management regarding preventive measures, please follow them.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and go home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Observe cough etiquette even on the pitch; do not spit or blow your nose with your hand.
If you have any concerns about your health, please refrain from participating.
