・In case of cancellation on the day, school students will be notified via Sgrum and non-school students will be notified by phone by 15:00.
・Guardians are welcome to observe. Please wear a mask and observe from the guardian observation area.
・In the event of an injury on the day, we will provide first aid, but subsequent treatment will be the responsibility of each family. Please be aware of this in advance.
・Please note that if the event is canceled due to rain or other reasons during the event, the participation fee cannot be refunded.
[Regarding COVID-19 Countermeasure Guidelines]
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years or older) with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, and minors (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher cannot participate. Also, if you have any physical discomfort including shortness of breath, fatigue, malaise, or abnormalities in taste or smell, you cannot participate.
You cannot participate if any of the following apply within one week prior to the day of participation:
1) If a person has tested positive for COVID-19, or if symptoms corresponding to the above are observed in the person or a cohabitant.
2) If the participant is a close contact certified by the public health center (excluding cases where the isolation period has ended after being certified as a close contact), or is awaiting a determination of close contact.
3) If the organization to which the participant belongs (including schools) has decided to suspend activities (including class closures) due to the occurrence of a COVID-19 infected person within the organization.
In addition, please strictly observe the following when participating:
1) Be able to disclose your activity record for the past two weeks (when, where, what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection prevention measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowding. Follow instructions if there are any warnings from the management regarding prevention measures.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and return home.
6) Prepare your bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Observe cough etiquette even on the pitch, do not spit, and do not blow your nose with your hand.
If you have any concerns about your physical condition, please refrain from participating.
