Notice of 2023 Kashima Antlers Tsukuba Junior Selection Trials (New 4th Graders, New 5th Grader Goalkeepers)

We would like to inform you that we will be holding tryouts for the Kashima Antlers Tsukuba Junior team (new 4th graders, new 5th grade GKs) for the 2023 season.
*This is not for Kashima Junior or Norte Junior.

[Eligible Participants and Number]
・New 4th-grade elementary school students (field players and goalkeepers): A few
・New 5th-grade elementary school students (goalkeepers only): A few
*As a condition of eligibility, participants are generally required to attend practice four days a week (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday) every time.

[Tryout Dates]
Saturday, October 1, 2022, and Sunday, October 2, 2022
・15:15-15:45: Registration
・16:00-20:00: Tryouts (held rain or shine)

*Please select only one of the above dates. Multiple applications are not permitted.
*Due to COVID-19 countermeasures, please note that the tryouts may be held in groups depending on the number of applications.

[Tryout Content]
Basic training and matches among participants, etc. (scheduled)

[Payment Method]
・After completing your application, click the URL in the payment guidance email that will be sent to you, and complete the payment procedure on the tryout participation fee payment site.
・After the payment procedure is completed, you will receive a "Ticket Application Confirmation" email from J.League Ticket.
*In addition to various credit card payments, you can also choose to pay at Seven-Eleven stores.
*A system usage fee of 110 yen/ticket, an issuing fee of 110 yen/ticket, and a payment fee of 220 yen/transaction (only for Seven-Eleven payments) will be charged separately.

[How to Issue Tryout Tickets]
・Please issue your "Tryout Participation Ticket" at a Seven-Eleven store.
*In the case of credit card payments (including d払い, Rakuten Pay, and Yahoo! Wallet), tickets cannot be issued at Seven-Eleven for 24 hours to prevent unauthorized use.
*If you wish to issue the ticket within 24 hours, such as close to the deadline, please select "Pay at Seven-Eleven."
・On the day of the tryouts, please present the "Tryout Participation Ticket" issued at Seven-Eleven at the reception desk.
*Please note that refunds for cancellations after payment cannot be made.

[COVID-19 Countermeasures Guidelines]
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years and older) with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, and minors (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, will not be allowed to participate. Also, if you have any health problems including shortness of breath, malaise, dullness, or abnormalities in taste or smell, you will not be able to participate.

You cannot participate if any of the following apply to you within one week prior to the day of participation:

1) If you or a cohabitant has tested positive for COVID-19 or has symptoms corresponding to the above.
2) If the participant themselves is a close contact certified by the public health center (excluding cases where they were certified as a close contact but have completed the isolation period), or is awaiting a determination as a close contact.
3) If the organization to which the participant belongs (including schools) has decided to suspend activities (including class closures) due to the occurrence of a COVID-19 infection within the organization.

In addition, please strictly adhere to the following when participating:

1) Be able to disclose your activity record for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) The participant understands the risks and has confirmed infection control measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue until just before playing.
4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowded situations. If there are warnings from the management regarding preventive measures, please follow the instructions.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, immediately report it and go home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name largely to prevent mix-ups).
7) Even on the pitch, observe cough etiquette, do not spit, and do not blow your nose with your hand.

If you have any concerns about your physical condition, please refrain from participating.

[Other]
・A J.League ID (free) is required to apply.
・Please be sure to take your temperature before departure. If your temperature is 37.5°C or higher, you will not be allowed to participate.
・Please always wear a mask inside the venue until just before playing.
・Please refrain from unnecessary contact between players (handshakes, high fives, etc.) as much as possible.
・Changing rooms cannot be used on the day. Please arrive already changed.
・Please also follow the rules regarding parent viewing and restroom use (explained on the day).
・If the tryout date must be changed due to unavoidable circumstances, we will consider holding it on an alternative date. Please note that in principle, no refunds will be made for the tryout participation fee paid in advance even if you cannot participate on the alternative date.
・Regarding injuries during the tryouts, only first aid will be provided. After that, it will be at your own expense, and the club will not be responsible.
