・In case of cancellation due to rain or other reasons, we will notify you by email by 8:00 AM on the day of the event.
・We will provide first aid for any injuries on the day, but subsequent care will be the responsibility of each household. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
[Guidelines for COVID-19 Prevention]
Please be sure to check your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years and older) with a fever of 37.0℃ or higher, or children (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, cannot participate. Also, if you have any health issues including shortness of breath, malaise, fatigue, or abnormalities in taste or smell, you cannot participate.
You cannot participate if any of the following apply to you within one week prior to the day of participation:
1) If you or a cohabitant has tested positive for COVID-19 or has symptoms indicative of it.
2) If the participant is identified by a public health center as a close contact (does not include cases where the isolation period has ended after being identified as a close contact), or is awaiting a determination of being a close contact.
3) If the institution to which the participant belongs (including schools) has decided to suspend activities (including class closures) within the organization due to the occurrence of a COVID-19 infection.
In addition, please strictly adhere to the following when participating:
1) Be able to disclose your activity log for the past two weeks to the club (when, where, and what you were doing).
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection prevention measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distancing and avoid crowds. Follow instructions from staff regarding preventive measures.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and go home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Observe cough etiquette even on the pitch, do not spit, or blow your nose into your hand.
If you have any concerns about your health, please refrain from participating.
