・In case of rain, we will notify you by email by 13:00 on the day.
・Please arrive at the venue on time on the day of the event.
・First aid will be provided for injuries during practice. After that, it will be the individual's responsibility, and the club will not be held liable.
[Guidelines for COVID-19 Prevention]
Please take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years and older) with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, and children (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, will not be able to participate. Also, if you have any symptoms of ill health, including shortness of breath, fatigue, sluggishness, or abnormalities in taste or smell, you will not be able to participate.
You will not be able to participate if any of the following apply to you within one week prior to the day of participation:
1) If you or a cohabiting family member has tested positive for COVID-19, or has exhibited the symptoms mentioned above.
2) If the participant is a close contact certified by the public health center (excluding those who have completed their isolation period after being certified as a close contact), or is awaiting a close contact determination.
3) If the organization to which the participant belongs (including schools) has decided to suspend activities (including class closures) within the organization due to the occurrence of a COVID-19 infection.
Furthermore, please strictly adhere to the following when participating:
1) Be able to disclose your activity log for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection prevention measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distancing and avoid crowds. If the management gives instructions regarding preventative measures, please follow them.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, immediately report it and return home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Observe cough etiquette even on the pitch, and do not spit or blow your nose with your hands.
If you have any concerns about your physical condition, please refrain from participating.
