[Participation Fee]
・Once a week course: 9,600 yen (tax included) *Moriya School: 10,700 yen (tax included)
・Twice a week or more: An additional 2,200 yen (tax included) will be charged for each additional course.
Example: Regular course twice a week: 9,600 yen + 2,200 yen = 11,800 yen (tax included)
※Due to facility usage fees, Moriya School will have an additional 1,100 yen (tax included) added to the basic fee.

・Soccer ball (rentals available if you don't have one)
・Clothes and shoes suitable for exercise
・Water bottle (please bring plenty of fluids)

・Regarding Kashima School, there is a weekend course held on Saturdays and Sundays.
・If you are unable to attend 4 times during the summer vacation school period, please inquire.
<In case of rain>
In principle, the event will proceed even in rain. However, please note that it may be canceled in case of severe weather. A decision to cancel will be made at least 60 minutes before the start time.

<Regarding make-up lessons>
If the event is canceled due to bad weather, make-up lessons can be taken at regularly held schools until the end of September. Please note that make-up lessons cannot be provided for absences due to personal reasons.

[Guidelines for COVID-19 countermeasures]
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years and older) with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, and children (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher will not be allowed to participate. Also, participation is not permitted if you have difficulty breathing, fatigue, malaise, or any other physical discomfort, including abnormalities in taste or smell.
You cannot participate if any of the following apply to you within one week prior to the day of participation:
1) If the participant or a cohabitant has tested positive for COVID-19, or has symptoms consistent with it.
2) If the participant is a close contact certified by the public health center (excluding those who have completed their isolation period after being certified as a close contact), or is awaiting a close contact determination.
3) If the organization to which the participant belongs (including schools) has decided to suspend activities (including class closures) due to the occurrence of a COVID-19 infection within the organization.
Furthermore, please strictly adhere to the following when participating:
1) Be able to disclose your activity log for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) The participant understands the risks and has confirmed infection control measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distancing and avoid crowds. Follow instructions from operations regarding preventive measures.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, immediately report it and return home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Practice cough etiquette even on the pitch, and do not spit or blow your nose with your hands.
If you have any concerns about your physical condition, please refrain from participating.
