Notice of Hitachi Orikasa School Trial Sessions (June 28, July 5) for students in their last year of preschool to 6th grade

We would like to inform you that we will be holding the "Hitachi Orikasa School Experience Session" at Orikasa Sports Plaza on Tuesday, June 28th and Tuesday, July 5th. This event will offer a soccer school following the same format as our regular schools.

Friends who are new to soccer are very welcome! For elementary school students in 3rd grade and above, it is possible to participate in two consecutive courses: the "Regular Course" and the "Game Course"! Participants will receive Antlers merchandise! We look forward to your participation!

・17:20~18:10 Kids Course (Pre-schooler/Kindergartner/Elementary 1st-2nd graders)
・17:10~18:10 Regular Course (Elementary 3rd-6th graders)
・17:10~18:30 GK Course (Elementary 3rd-6th graders)
・18:25~19:25 Game Course (Elementary 3rd-6th graders)

*The Game Course is a school focused on games.
*The GK Course will be instructed by a specialized GK coach.
*On the day of the event, please gather by the start time.

[What to Bring]
Soccer attire, ball, water bottle, change of clothes, health check sheet

*Please measure your body temperature every morning for two weeks prior to the event until the day of the event and fill out the health check sheet. Please submit it at the reception on the day of the event.

[Other Notes]
・Elementary school students in 3rd grade and above can participate in two consecutive courses: the "Regular Course" and the "Game Course."
・Participation on both days is also possible.
・In case of cancellation on the day, we will notify school members via Sgrum and non-school members via phone by 16:00.
・Guardians are welcome to observe.
・While we will provide first aid for injuries on the day, please understand that families will be responsible for subsequent treatment.

[Guidelines for COVID-19 Countermeasures]
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years and older) with a fever of 37.0℃ or higher, and minors (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, cannot participate. Also, you cannot participate if you have symptoms of poor health, including difficulty breathing, fatigue, lethargy, or abnormalities in taste or smell.

You cannot participate if any of the following apply to you within one week prior to the day of participation:

1) If you or a cohabitant has tested positive for COVID-19, or has exhibited symptoms corresponding to the above.
2) If the participant is identified by a public health center as a close contact (excluding cases where the isolation period as a close contact has ended), or is awaiting a close contact determination.<
3) If the institution to which the participant belongs (including schools) has decided to suspend activities (including class closures) due to the occurrence of a COVID-19 infection within the organization.

Furthermore, please strictly adhere to the following when participating:

1) Be able to disclose your activity log for the past two weeks to the club (when, where, and what you were doing).
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection control measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowded situations. Follow instructions if there are warnings from the management regarding preventive measures.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and go home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Practice cough etiquette on the pitch, do not spit, or blow your nose.

If you have any concerns about your physical condition, please refrain from participating.
