・We will provide first aid for injuries on the day, but subsequent care will be the responsibility of each family. Please be aware of this in advance.
・In case of cancellation due to rain or other reasons, we will contact school members via Sgrum and non-school members by phone by 9:00 AM on the day.
・Please fill out the health check sheet starting two weeks before the event day.

[COVID-19 Countermeasures Guidelines]
Please take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years and older) with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, and children (under 18 years) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, will not be able to participate. Also, if you experience shortness of breath, fatigue, lethargy, or abnormalities in taste or smell, you will not be able to participate.
If you or someone living with you experienced any of the above physical ailments within one week prior to the day of participation, you will not be able to participate.
Those who have been requested to refrain from going out by their educational institution (such as a school) or workplace cannot participate.
Please strictly adhere to the following when participating:
1) Be able to disclose your activity log for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection control measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distancing and avoid crowds. If instructed by management, please follow their instructions.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and go home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (always write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Even on the pitch, practice cough etiquette, do not spit, and do not blow your nose into your hand.
8) Leave promptly and return home after the event.
