・On the day of the event, please gather within the reception hours.
・In case of cancellation, we will notify you via the registered email address by 13:00 on the day.
・Please register for 'Amabie-chan' which will be displayed at the venue on the day.
・Please submit the completed health check sheet at the reception on the day of the event.

[Guidelines for COVID-19 Countermeasures]
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years and older) with a fever of 37.0℃ or higher, or children (under 18) with a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, will not be allowed to participate.
Also, you cannot participate if you experience shortness of breath, fatigue, malaise, or abnormalities in taste or smell.
You also cannot participate if you or a cohabitant has experienced any of the above health problems within two weeks prior to the day of participation.
Please strictly adhere to the following when participating:
1) Be able to disclose your activity record for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection prevention measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowded situations. Follow instructions from staff if given.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and go home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Practice cough etiquette even on the pitch, do not spit or blow your nose with your fingers.
8) Leave and return home promptly after the event.
