・To prevent the spread of coronavirus at the facility, participation from those residing outside Ibaraki Prefecture is not permitted.
・In case of injury on the day, we will provide first aid, but please handle subsequent matters at your own home. Please be aware of this in advance.
・Please register for "Amabie-chan" posted at the venue on the day.
・Please fill out the health check sheet starting two weeks before the event date. Please download and print from the URL below and fill it out.

[About the New Coronavirus Countermeasure Guidelines]
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years or older) with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, and minors (under 18 years) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher cannot participate. Also, those with difficulty breathing, fatigue, malaise, or abnormalities in taste or smell cannot participate.
If the participant or a cohabitant has had any of the above health problems within one week prior to the day of participation, they cannot participate. Those who have been asked to refrain from going out by their school or educational institution or workplace cannot participate.
Please strictly adhere to the following when participating.
1) Be able to disclose to the club your activity record for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing).
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection control measures.
3) Always wear a mask when participating at the venue.
4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowding. Follow instructions from the management if given.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and return home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Observe cough etiquette even on the pitch, do not spit or blow your nose with your hands.
8) After completion, promptly withdraw and return home.
