[About the COVID-19 Infection Prevention Guidelines]
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years and older) with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, and minors (under 18 years) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, will not be allowed to participate. Additionally, if you experience shortness of breath, fatigue, malaise, or abnormalities in taste or smell, you will not be allowed to participate.
If the participant or a cohabitant has experienced any of the above health problems within one week prior to the day of participation, they will not be allowed to participate.
Those who have been requested to refrain from going out by their school or educational institution, or workplace, will not be allowed to participate.
Please strictly adhere to the following when participating:
1) Be able to disclose your activity records for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection prevention measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowded situations. Follow instructions from staff when given.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and return home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Practice cough etiquette even on the pitch, do not spit or blow your nose into your hand.
8) Promptly pack up and return home after the activity ends.
