【Other Notes】
・To prevent the spread of coronavirus within the facility, participation from residents outside Ibaraki Prefecture is not permitted.
・In the event of an injury on the day, we will provide first aid, but subsequent treatment will be the responsibility of each household. Please be aware of this in advance.
・Please register for "Amabie-chan" which will be displayed at the venue on the day of the event.
・Please fill out the health check sheet starting two weeks before the event. Please download, print, and fill out the sheet from the URL below.

【COVID-19 Countermeasures Guidelines】
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years and older) with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, and minors (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher will not be allowed to participate. Also, if you experience shortness of breath, fatigue, malaise, or abnormalities in taste or smell, you will not be able to participate.
If the participant or a cohabitant has experienced any of the above physical ailments within one week prior to the day of participation, they will not be allowed to participate. Those who have been asked to refrain from going out by their school or educational institution, or workplace, will not be allowed to participate.
Please strictly adhere to the following when participating:
1) Be able to disclose your activity record for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection control measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowded areas. Follow instructions from staff if given.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and return home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Practice cough etiquette even on the pitch, and do not spit or blow your nose into your hand.
8) Leave the venue and return home promptly after the event.
