・In the event of injury on the day, we will provide first aid, but after that, please note that parents are responsible for any further action.

[Regarding COVID-19 Countermeasure Guidelines]
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years or older) cannot participate if they have a fever of 37.0°C or higher, and minors (under 18 years old) cannot participate if they have a fever of 37.5°C or higher. Also, you cannot participate if you experience shortness of breath, fatigue, sluggishness, or abnormalities in taste or smell.
You also cannot participate if you or a cohabitant has had any of the above physical ailments within one week prior to the day of participation.
Those who have been asked to refrain from going out by their school or workplace cannot participate.
Please strictly adhere to the following when participating:
1) Be able to disclose your activity log for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection control measures.
3) Always wear a mask when participating at the venue.
4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowded situations. Follow instructions from the organizers if given.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and return home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Observe cough etiquette even on the pitch, do not spit or blow your nose with your hands.
8) Leave and return home promptly after the event.
