・In case of cancellation, school students will be notified via Sgrum and general participants by phone by 8:00 AM on the day of the event.
・Please fill out the health check sheet starting two weeks before the event. Please download, print, and fill out the sheet from the URL below.

・While we will provide first aid for injuries sustained on the day, please understand that families will be responsible for subsequent care.
[COVID-19 Countermeasures Guidelines]
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
If adults (18 years or older) have a fever of 37.0°C or higher, or minors (under 18 years) have a fever of 37.5°C or higher on the day of participation, they will not be able to participate. In addition, if you experience difficulty breathing, fatigue, malaise, or abnormalities in taste or smell, you will not be able to participate.
If you or anyone living with you has experienced any of the above symptoms of poor health within one week prior to the day of participation, you will not be able to participate.
Those who have been requested to refrain from going out by their school or workplace cannot participate.
Please strictly adhere to the following when participating:
1) Be able to disclose your activity record for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection control measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowded situations. Follow instructions from the organizers if given.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and return home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Practice cough etiquette even on the pitch; do not spit or blow your nose with your hand.
8) Leave and return home promptly after the event.
