Announcement of Selection Trials for Uchiwara School Special Course (New 4th-6th Graders) for the 2022 Academic Year

We would like to inform you that we will be holding tryouts for the Uchihara School Special Course (new 4th-6th grade elementary school students).

Uchihara Citizen's Athletic Field (1398-1 Uchiharamachi, Mito City, Ibaraki Prefecture)

[Participation Fee]
School students: Free
Non-school students (general applicants): 1,000 yen (tax included)
*Payment will be collected in cash on the day of the event.

[What to bring]
Clothes suitable for playing soccer, cleats, drinks, health check sheet
*Please make sure to write your name on all your belongings.

[Other]
・As a preventive measure against COVID-19, please take your temperature every morning and fill out the health check sheet for two weeks prior to the tryouts and on the day of the tryouts.

・First aid will be provided by us for any injuries on the day of the event, but thereafter, parents are responsible for addressing the issue. Please be aware of this beforehand.
・We will notify school students of the results via Sgrum, and general participants via postal mail, within one week.
・Successful applicants will begin activities in April.

・Activity day: Every Thursday
・Activity time: 18:25-19:45
・Activity location: Uchihara Citizen's Athletic Field (1398-1 Uchiharamachi, Mito City, Ibaraki Prefecture)

[COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines]
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years and older) with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, and minors (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, cannot participate. Also, if you experience difficulty breathing, fatigue, malaise, or abnormalities in taste or smell, you cannot participate.
You also cannot participate if you or a cohabitant experienced any of the above health issues within one week prior to the day of participation.
Those who have been requested to refrain from going out by their school or educational institution, or workplace, cannot participate.
When participating, please strictly adhere to the following:

1) Be able to disclose your activity record for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection control measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowded situations. If instructed by management, follow their instructions.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and go home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Observe cough etiquette even on the pitch, and do not spit or blow your nose with your hands.
8) After completion, promptly withdraw and go home.
