Information Regarding the Selection Meeting for Tsukuba, Joso, and Yuki Schools Special Courses (New 4th-6th Graders) for the 2022 Academic Year

We would like to inform you that we will be holding tryouts for the 2022 Tsukuba, Joso, and Yuki Special Courses (for new 4th to 6th graders).

[Target Applicants and Number of Openings]
New 4th to 6th graders: A few openings
*The Special Course is for players aiming for Antlers Tsukuba Junior and Antlers Tsukuba Junior Youth. As a general rule, players who intend to participate in Antlers Tsukuba Junior and Antlers Tsukuba Junior Youth activities are eligible to apply.

(1) February 23 (Wednesday, holiday)
(2) February 27 (Sunday)
Starts at 16:00 (Reception opens at 15:30), ends around 20:00
*Please note that due to COVID-19 countermeasures, the event may be held in groups depending on the number of applications.

Tsukuba Academy Center (51-1 Midorino Chuo, Tsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture)

[Participation Fee]
General: 1,000 yen (tax included)
Antlers School students: Free
*The participation fee will be collected at the reception on the day of the tryout.

■Tsukuba School Special Course
・Activity day: Thursday
・Activity time: 4th graders 17:00-18:20 / 5th and 6th graders 18:35-19:55
・Activity location: Kashima Antlers Tsukuba Academy Center (51-1 Midorino Chuo, Tsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture)

■Yuki School Special Course
・Activity day: Wednesday
・Activity time: 4th graders 17:00-18:20 / 5th and 6th graders 18:30-19:50
・Activity location: Kakubo Sports Park Baseball Field (1 Kakubo, Yuki City, Ibaraki Prefecture)

■Joso School Special Course
・Activity day: Thursday
・Activity time: 4th graders 17:00-18:20 / 5th and 6th graders 18:30-19:50
・Activity location: Yoshino Sun Village (1720-2 Kamihebi-cho, Joso City, Ibaraki Prefecture)

[COVID-19 Countermeasure Guidelines]
Please take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years and older) with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, and minors (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, will not be allowed to participate. Also, participation is not allowed if you experience shortness of breath, fatigue, malaise, or abnormalities in taste or smell.

Participation is also not allowed if you or a cohabitant has experienced any of the above health issues within one week prior to the day of participation.
Those who have been requested to self-isolate by their educational institution (such as a school) or workplace cannot participate.

Please strictly adhere to the following when participating:

1) Be able to disclose your activity record for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection control measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distancing and avoid crowds. Follow instructions from staff if given.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and return home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (make sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Practice cough etiquette even on the pitch, do not spit or blow your nose into your hand.
8) Leave and return home promptly after the event.

*Please note that spectator viewing for guardians may be restricted depending on the COVID-19 infection situation.

[Other]
We will provide first aid for any injuries on the day, but please understand that subsequent care will be the responsibility of the guardians.
