Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years or older) cannot participate if they have a fever of 37.0℃ or higher, and children (under 18 years old) cannot participate if they have a fever of 37.5℃ or higher.
Also, you cannot participate if you experience shortness of breath, fatigue, malaise, or abnormalities in taste or smell.
You also cannot participate if you or a cohabitant has experienced the above health problems within 2 weeks prior to the day of participation.
When participating, please strictly adhere to the following:
1) Be able to disclose your activity records for the past 2 weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection control measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distancing and avoid crowds. Follow instructions from the management if given.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and go home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Practice cough etiquette even on the pitch, and do not spit or blow your nose.
8) After the event, promptly pack up and go home.
