Notice Regarding the 2022 Kashima Antlers Tsukuba Junior and School Special Course (New 3rd Graders) Selection Trials

We would like to announce that tryouts for the Kashima Antlers Tsukuba Junior Team and School Special Course (new 3rd graders) for the 2022 season will be held.

【Target Participants and Number】
New 3rd-grade elementary school students (field players and goalkeepers): A small number
*As a qualification for joining the junior team, it is a condition that participants generally attend practice sessions held four days a week (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday).
*For the Special Course, please check the activity days below.

【About the Special Course】
Selection will be made from among the players who participated in the junior tryouts and wish to join the Special Course. This course aims for participants to qualify for the Tsukuba Junior Team in the 2023 season.

■Tsukuba School Special Course
・Activity Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays
・Activity Hours: 17:00-18:20 (both Tuesdays and Thursdays)
・Activity Location: Kashima Antlers Tsukuba Academy Center (51-1 Midorino Chuo, Tsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture)
・Recruitment Capacity: Around 12 people
*Participation is possible twice a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) or once a week (either Tuesday or Thursday).
*Goalkeeper aspirants should select "Tsukuba School (Thursday)" on the application form.

■Yuki School Special Course
・Activity Day: Wednesday
・Activity Hours: 17:00-18:20
・Activity Location: Kakubo Sports Park Baseball Field (1 Kakubo, Yuki City, Ibaraki Prefecture)
・Recruitment Capacity: Around 12 people

■Joso School Special Course
・Activity Day: Thursday
・Activity Hours: 17:00-18:20
・Activity Location: Yoshino San Village (1720-2 Kamihebi-machi, Joso City, Ibaraki Prefecture)
 Recruitment Capacity: Around 12 people

【Selection Date】
February 11, 2022 (Friday, holiday)
Start at 16:00 (reception opens at 15:15), scheduled to end at 20:00
*Please note that to prevent the spread of novel coronavirus infection, the event may be held in groups depending on the number of applications.

【Venue】
Tsukuba Academy Center (51-1 Midorino Chuo, Tsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture)

【Participation Fee】
General: 3,000 yen (tax included)
Antlers School students: 2,000 yen (tax included)
*The participation fee will be collected at the reception on the day of the tryouts.

【Measures to Prevent the Spread of Novel Coronavirus Infection】
Please make sure to check your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years and older) with a fever of 37.0℃ or higher, or minors (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, will not be allowed to participate. Furthermore, if you experience difficulty breathing, fatigue, general malaise, or abnormalities in taste or smell, you will not be allowed to participate.
If you or anyone living with you experienced any of the above health issues within one week prior to the day of participation, you will not be allowed to participate.
Those requested to refrain from going out by their educational institution (such as school) or workplace will not be allowed to participate.
Please strictly adhere to the following when participating:

1) Be able to disclose your activity record for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you did) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection prevention measures.<
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowded situations. Follow instructions given by staff.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and return home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Practice cough etiquette even on the pitch, do not spit, and do not blow your nose with your hands.
8) Leave and return home promptly after the event.
9) Due to limited spectator space, it will be limited to [one guardian per player].

【Other】
First aid will be provided by us for injuries sustained on the day, but subsequent care will be the responsibility of the guardians. Please be aware of this in advance.
