【Target Participants and Number】
New 5th graders (field players and goalkeepers): A few
※As a condition for eligibility, participants must, in principle, attend practices four days a week (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday).
【Tryout Date】
January 15, 2022 (Saturday)
15:15-15:45 Registration
16:00-18:00 Tryouts
※Depending on the COVID-19 situation, the tryouts may be conducted in groups. (Example: Group 1 16:00-18:00 / Group 2 18:00-20:00)
If held in groups, we will notify you by email in advance.

【Participation Fee】
General: 3,000 yen (tax included)
Antlers School students: 2,000 yen (tax included)
※The participation fee will be collected at the reception desk on the day of the tryouts.
【Application Form】
※A J.League ID is required to apply. Registration is free.
【Application Period】
Until 23:59 on January 12, 2022 (Wednesday)
【What to Bring】
Soccer attire (no ball required), cleats, drinks, health checklist

【COVID-19 Countermeasures Guidelines】
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years or older) with a fever of 37.0℃ or higher, and children (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, will not be allowed to participate. Additionally, if you experience difficulty breathing, fatigue, general malaise, or abnormalities in taste or smell, you will not be allowed to participate.
If you or a cohabitant experienced any of the above symptoms within one week prior to the day of participation, you will not be allowed to participate.
Those who have been requested to refrain from going out by their school or workplace are not allowed to participate.
Please strictly adhere to the following when participating:
1) Be able to disclose your activity record for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection control measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowded situations. Follow instructions from staff when given.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and return home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Practice cough etiquette on the pitch, do not spit, and do not blow your nose by hand.
8) Leave and return home promptly after the event.
9) Due to limited viewing space, there will be [one guardian per player].

※Regarding guardian viewing, depending on the COVID-19 situation, it may be held without spectators.
