We will be holding selection trials for the Northern Ibaraki Enhancement Course and Special Courses (Hitachi School, Hitachinaka School, Takahagi School, Hitachiomiya School, and Hitachi Orikasa School) for current elementary school students in grades 3-6.
※School students currently enrolled in the Enhancement Course or Special Course will not undergo selection trials (on the day of the trials, they will train together with the students taking the trials).

[What to Bring]
Soccer attire (no ball needed), cleats, drinks

[Measures against COVID-19 Infection]
To prevent the spread of COVID-19 when participating in the selection trials, please take your temperature every morning and fill out a health check sheet for two weeks before and on the day of the trials.
Please print and fill out the sheet below and submit it at the reception on the day of the event.

■COVID-19 Countermeasure Guidelines
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years or older) with a fever of 37.0℃ or higher, and minors (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, cannot participate. Furthermore, if you experience shortness of breath, fatigue, malaise, or abnormalities in taste or smell, you cannot participate.
If you or a cohabitant experienced any of the above-mentioned physical symptoms within one week prior to the day of participation, you cannot participate.
Those who have been requested to refrain from going out by their school or workplace cannot participate.
Please strictly adhere to the following when participating:
1) Be able to disclose your activity log for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection prevention measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowded situations. Follow instructions from staff if given.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and return home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Practice cough etiquette even on the pitch, do not spit, and do not blow your nose with your hands.
8) Leave and return home promptly after the event.
[Other]
First aid will be provided for injuries on the day, but subsequent treatment will be the responsibility of the guardians. Please be aware of this in advance.
Please arrive by the start time of the selection trials.
The activity times for each course will be the same as the selection trial times.
If you cannot attend the selection trials, you will participate in the regular training of the Northern Ibaraki Enhancement Course or Special Course on a date after the selection trials.
