Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years and older) with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, and children (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher cannot participate.
Also, if you experience shortness of breath, fatigue, general malaise, or abnormalities in taste or smell, you cannot participate.
If you or a cohabitant experienced any of the above health issues within two weeks prior to the day of participation, you cannot participate.
When participating, please strictly adhere to the following:
1) Be able to disclose your activity log for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection control measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distancing and avoid crowds. Follow instructions if given by the management.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, immediately report it and go home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Practice cough etiquette even on the pitch, and do not spit or blow your nose into your hand.
8) Leave and go home promptly after the event.
