[COVID-19 Countermeasures Guideline]
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years or older) with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, or children (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, cannot participate. Furthermore, if you experience shortness of breath, fatigue, malaise, or abnormalities in taste or smell, you cannot participate.
If you or a cohabitant had any of the above health problems within one week prior to the day of participation, you cannot participate.
Those who have been requested by their school or workplace to refrain from going out cannot participate.
Please strictly adhere to the following when participating:
1) Be able to disclose your activity record for the past two weeks (when, where, what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection control measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowded situations. If instructed by the management, follow the instructions.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and go home.
6) Prepare bottles and water bottles at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Observe cough etiquette on the pitch, do not spit or blow your nose with your hand.
8) Leave and return home promptly after completion.
