To prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus, we ask that you take your temperature every morning and fill out a health check sheet for two weeks prior to the tryouts until the morning of the tryouts.

■Novel Coronavirus Countermeasure Guidelines
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years and older) with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, and minors (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, cannot participate. Furthermore, if you experience shortness of breath, fatigue, general malaise, loss of taste or smell, eye pain or conjunctival congestion, headache, joint or muscle pain, or diarrhea, you cannot participate.
If the participant or a cohabitant had any of the above health problems within one week prior to the day of participation, they also cannot participate.
Those who have been requested to refrain from going out by their school or educational institution, or workplace, cannot participate.
When participating, please strictly adhere to the following:
1) Be able to disclose your activity log for the past two weeks to the club (when, where, and what you were doing).
2) Participants understand the risks and confirm infection prevention measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowded situations. Follow instructions from the management when given.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and go home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Practice cough etiquette even on the pitch; do not spit or blow your nose.
8) Leave and go home promptly after the event.
9) Register for 'Amabie-chan' displayed at the venue on the day.

・Please be sure to take your temperature before departing. If you have a fever of 37.5°C or higher, you will not be allowed to participate.
・Parental viewing is limited to one parent per player (parents are also requested to fill out the health check sheet).
・Please ensure you wear a mask at all times inside the venue until just before playing.
・Please refrain from unnecessary contact between players (handshakes, high-fives, etc.).
・Changing rooms cannot be used on the day. Please arrive already changed.
・Please use the disinfectant provided upon arrival and disinfect your hands thoroughly.
・Please adhere to the rules regarding toilet usage (explained on the day).
・Please bring appropriate attire for soccer and fixed-stud cleats.
・High temperatures are expected on the day. Please take individual precautions against heatstroke when participating.
・No further guidance or notifications will be sent after your application. Please arrive at the venue punctually on the day of the tryout.
・If you are unable to participate due to scheduling conflicts, please indicate this in the "Remarks" section of the application form. We will consider your request.
・The Tsukuba Academy Center parking lot is not available. Please use the paid parking lots near Tsukuba Express Midorino Station. Please refrain from parking in nearby commercial facilities or on the street.
・Regarding injuries during the tryouts, only first aid will be provided. Subsequent costs will be at your own expense, and the club will not be held responsible. Please be aware of this.
*Those who fall under any of the following categories cannot participate. Thank you for your understanding.
1) Those with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, or those with persistent fever.
2) Those with symptoms suggestive of COVID-19, such as cough, difficulty breathing, general malaise, sore throat, runny nose/nasal congestion, loss of taste/smell, eye pain or conjunctival congestion, headache, joint/muscle pain, diarrhea, nausea/vomiting.
3) Those who have had close contact with a person who tested positive for COVID-19.
4) Those who have visited countries/regions that have had entry restrictions or required a post-entry observation period by the government within the past 2 weeks, or those who have had close contact with residents of such countries/regions.
5) Those who have concerns or anxieties about their own physical condition.
