【Measures to Prevent the Spread of Novel Coronavirus Infection】
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years and older) with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, and children (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, cannot participate. Furthermore, if you experience difficulty breathing, malaise, lethargy, or abnormalities in taste or smell, you cannot participate.
If the participant or a cohabitant has experienced any of the above health issues within one week prior to the day of participation, they cannot participate. Those requested to refrain from going out by their school or educational institution, or workplace, cannot participate.
When participating, please strictly adhere to the following points:
1) Be able to disclose your activity log for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection prevention measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowded situations. If instructed by management, follow their directions.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and return home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Practice cough etiquette even on the pitch; do not spit or blow your nose with your hands.
8) After the event, promptly clean up and return home.
