[COVID-19 Countermeasures]
To prevent the spread of COVID-19 when participating in the tryouts, we ask that you take your temperature every morning and fill out the health check sheet for two weeks prior to and including the day of the tryout.

■COVID-19 Countermeasure Guidelines
Please be sure to check your temperature on the day of participation.
If an adult (18 years or older) has a fever of 37.0℃ or higher, or a child (under 18 years old) has a fever of 37.5℃ or higher on the day of participation, they will not be allowed to participate. Also, participation is not allowed if there are symptoms such as difficulty breathing, fatigue, general malaise, or abnormalities in taste or smell.
Participation is also not allowed if the participant or a cohabitant experienced any of the above health issues within one week prior to the day of participation.
Those who have been requested to self-isolate by their educational institution (school, etc.) or workplace cannot participate.
Please strictly adhere to the following when participating:
1) Be able to disclose your activity record for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection control measures.
3) Wear a mask at all times when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distancing and avoid crowded situations. Follow instructions from staff when given.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and return home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Observe cough etiquette even on the pitch, do not spit or blow your nose with your hand.
8) Leave and return home promptly after completion.

・If you wish to participate in tryouts for multiple schools, please apply for each school separately (a participation fee of 3,000 yen (tax included) is required for each school).
・Please be sure to check your temperature before departing. If your temperature is 37.5℃ or higher, you will not be allowed to participate.
・Observation by guardians is limited to one guardian per player (guardians are also requested to fill out the health check sheet).
・Please wear a mask at all times inside the venue until just before playing.
・Please refrain from unnecessary contact between players (handshakes, high-fives, etc.).
・No further guidance or notifications will be sent after application. Please arrive at the venue on time on the day of the tryout.
・If you are unable to attend the tryout date, please enter this in the "Remarks" field of the application form. We will consider your request.
・In case of severe weather, an announcement will be posted on the Antlers Official Website by 22:00 the day before the tryout.
・The Tsukuba Academy Center parking lot is not available. Please use paid parking lots near Tsukuba Express Midorino Station. Please refrain from parking at nearby commercial facilities or on the street.
・Injuries sustained during the tryout will be given first aid only. Subsequent costs will be borne by the individual, and the club will not be held responsible. Please be aware of this.
