Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years or older) with a fever of 37.0℃ or higher, and children (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, cannot participate.
Also, if you experience shortness of breath, fatigue, malaise, or abnormalities in taste or smell, you cannot participate.
If you or a cohabitant had any of the above health problems within two weeks prior to the day of participation, you cannot participate.
Please strictly adhere to the following when participating:
1) Be able to disclose your activity record for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection control measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowded situations. Follow instructions from the management when given.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and go home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Practice cough etiquette even on the pitch, and do not spit or blow your nose into your hand.
8) Leave and go home promptly after the event.
