We will be holding a soccer event (parent-child soccer class / individual futsal) for kindergarteners to 6th graders at the artificial turf multi-purpose ground of Namegata City Aso Athletic Field.
In individual futsal, participants will form teams and enjoy playing matches together. Take this opportunity to invite your friends and join us!

・Target: Kids (nursery, pre-kindergarten, kindergarten), 1st graders
・Openings: Approximately 20 pairs
・Time: 10:00 - 11:30 (Registration 9:30 - 9:50)
[(2) Individual Futsal (Lower Grades)]
・Target: 2nd - 3rd graders
・Openings: Approximately 30 people
・Time: 13:00 - 14:30 (Registration 12:30 - 12:50)
[(3) Individual Futsal (Upper Grades)]
・Target: 4th - 6th graders
・Openings: Approximately 30 people
・Time: 15:00 - 16:30 (Registration 14:30 - 14:50)
*Applications for this event will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. If the capacity is reached and you are unable to participate, we will contact the parent/guardian. Please be aware of this in advance.

*Please be sure to write your name on all your belongings.
*If you do not have a soccer ball, we will provide one. Please let us know in the remarks section when applying.
■Notes
・Please arrive at the venue on time on the day of the event.
・Please refrain from parking in nearby commercial facilities or on the street.
・First aid will be provided for injuries sustained during practice.
After that, it will be the individual's responsibility, and the club will not be held liable.
For school students, sports insurance will cover this.

Measures to prevent the spread of novel coronavirus infection
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years and older) with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, and minors (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher cannot participate. Additionally, if you experience shortness of breath, fatigue, general malaise, or abnormalities in taste or smell, you cannot participate.
If you or someone you live with has experienced any of the above health issues within one week prior to the day of participation, you cannot participate.
Those who have been requested to self-isolate by their school or workplace cannot participate.
Please strictly adhere to the following when participating:
(1) Be able to disclose your activity log for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
(2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection control measures.
(3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
(4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowded situations. Follow instructions from staff when given.
(5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and go home.
(6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
(7) Practice cough etiquette even on the pitch, and do not spit or blow your nose with your hand.
(8) Promptly leave and return home after the event.
