Girls from kindergarten to 6th grade elementary school
■What to Bring
Clothing suitable for soccer, a ball, a water bottle

■Participation Fee
1,000 yen per session (tax included) ※To be collected in cash on the day.

※A J.League ID is required to apply. If you do not have a J.League ID, please register for a new one before applying.
■Other
・In case of injury during the event, first aid will be provided, but participants are responsible for their own sports insurance thereafter.
・Please bring clothing suitable for soccer, a soccer ball, and a water bottle.
・Please write your name on all your belongings.
・Please gather within the registration time on the day of the event.
■School Coronavirus Countermeasures Guidelines
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years and older) with a fever of 37.0℃ or higher, and children (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5℃ or higher will not be allowed to participate. Additionally, if you experience shortness of breath, fatigue, malaise, or abnormalities in taste or smell, you will not be allowed to participate.
If you or anyone living with you has experienced any of the above health issues within one week prior to the day of participation, you will not be allowed to participate.
Those who have been requested to refrain from going out by their school or educational institution, or workplace, will not be allowed to participate.
Please strictly adhere to the following when participating:
(1) Be able to disclose your activity record for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
(2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection control measures.
(3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
(4) Maintain social distancing and avoid crowds. Follow instructions from staff if given.
(5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and go home.
(6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
(7) Practice cough etiquette even on the pitch, and do not spit or blow your nose.
(8) Leave and return home promptly after the event.
