■ Important Notes
・Application requires obtaining a J.LEAGUE ID (free). If you do not have a J.LEAGUE ID, please register anew at the URL below before applying.

・If you wish to apply to multiple schools, please submit an application for each desired school (a participation fee of 3,000 yen (tax included) is required per desired school).
・No further guidance or notification will be provided after application. Please arrive at the venue on time on the day of the selection.
・If you are unable to attend the selection on the scheduled date, please enter this in the "Remarks" section of the application form. We will consult with you.
・In the event of severe weather, an announcement will be posted on the Antlers Official Website by 22:00 the day before the selection.
・The Tsukuba Academy Center parking lot is not available. Please use the paid parking lots near Tsukuba Express Midorino Station. Please refrain from parking in nearby commercial facilities or on the street.
・For injuries sustained during the selection, only first aid will be provided. Subsequent costs will be at your own expense, and the club will not be held responsible.
