Antlers Youth was in Group C (Kashiwa Reysol U-18, Iwaki FC U-18, Mito HollyHock Youth) in the 1st Round and advanced to the 2nd Round by finishing in second place. In the 2nd Round, they topped Group 1 (Kashiwa Reysol U-18, Montedio Yamagata Youth, Blaublitz Akita U-18) and advanced to the knockout round.
They defeated Tokyo Verdy Youth 6-3 in the quarterfinals and Sagan Tosu U-18 after a penalty shootout in the semifinals to reach the final. On Sunday, November 16, the final against Sanfrecce Hiroshima F.C Youth at Yamaha Stadium went to a penalty shootout after a 0-0 draw at the end of extra time. Antlers Youth won 18-17 to claim the championship. Antlers Youth goalkeeper Shota Arakaki (2nd year) was also selected as the tournament MVP.
The J Youth Cup is a tournament with 64 teams, including J-club academies belonging to J1, J2, and J3 in the 2025 season. This is Antlers Youth's first championship in 11 years, since the 22nd tournament in 2014. Their fourth overall championship ties the record for most wins.
