On Monday, November 24th (holiday), we will hold a "Physical School in Kashima" at the Kashima Antlers Clubhouse Futsal Court, targeting elementary school students from 3rd to 6th grade.
The purpose of this event is to practice footwork and various movement exercises, aiming for participants to be able to "control their bodies as they wish" and "handle their bodies skillfully."
It is said that physical and coordination abilities grow rapidly during the junior age (5-12 years old), known as the golden age, and approximately 90% of these abilities are developed by the age of 12.
Experiencing and practicing various movements at this age greatly influences future motor skills. It not only helps with soccer but also contributes to building a body that is less prone to injuries.
Let's practice various movements necessary for each age group and acquire a "strong body"!
Friends who are not school members are also very welcome. We look forward to many participants!

・This event is eligible for a point card (1 point).
*If you do not have a point card, it will be distributed at the reception (for school members only).
・If the event is canceled midway due to rain, lightning, etc., participation fees cannot be refunded. In such cases, you may participate in an event of the same value at a later date without a participation fee.
*However, this does not apply if more than half of the event time had passed when the event was canceled.
・Photos or videos taken at this event may be posted on the club's official website and club media (including SNS). Please apply only if you agree to this.
・In case of cancellation, school members will be contacted via Sgrum and general participants via email or phone by 10:00 on the day of the event.
・For injuries sustained on the day, first aid will be provided by us, but subsequent care will be the responsibility of each household. Please be aware of this in advance.
