On Sunday, August 24th, we will hold a "Physical School in Kashima" at the Kashima Antlers Clubhouse Futsal Court for elementary school students in grades 3 to 6.
The purpose of this event is to practice footwork and various movement exercises to help participants learn to "control their bodies as they wish" and "skillfully handle their bodies."
Physical and coordination abilities grow rapidly during the junior age (5-12 years old), also known as the golden age, with approximately 90% of these abilities said to be developed by age 12.
Experiencing and practicing various movements at this age significantly impacts future motor skills. It also helps not only in soccer but also in building a body that is less prone to injury.
Let's practice various movements necessary for each age group and acquire a "strong body"!
Friends who are not school members are also welcome. We look forward to seeing many of you there!

・This event is eligible for point cards (1 point).
*Those who do not have a point card will receive one at the reception (for school members only).
・If the event is canceled midway due to rain, lightning, etc., the participation fee cannot be refunded. In such cases, you may participate in an event of the same value at a later date without a participation fee.
*However, this does not apply if the canceled event has passed half of its scheduled time at the point of cancellation.
・Photos or videos taken at this event may be posted on the club's official website and club media (including SNS). Please apply only if you consent to this.
・In case of cancellation, school members will be notified via Sgrum and general participants via email or phone by 6:30 AM on the day of the event.
・In the event of injury during the day, we will provide first aid, but subsequent treatment will be the responsibility of each household. Please be aware of this beforehand.
