・This event is eligible for point cards (1 point).
・Point cards will be distributed at the reception for those who do not have one (school members only).
・If the event is canceled midway due to rain, lightning, etc., the participation fee cannot be refunded. In such cases, you may participate in an event of the same value at a later date without a participation fee.
*However, this does not apply if the canceled event had passed half of its scheduled time at the time of cancellation.
・Photos or videos taken at this event may be published on the club's official website and club media (including SNS). Please apply only if you agree to this.
・In case of cancellation, school members will be notified via Sgrum by 4:00 PM on the day of the event, and general participants will be notified by phone or email.
・We will provide first aid for any injuries that occur on the day, but we ask each household to handle subsequent care. Please be aware of this in advance.
