Tournament Outline
・24 participating teams are divided into EAST/WEST with 12 teams each, and a double round-robin format (22 matches) is played with home and away games.・The champions of the EAST/WEST leagues qualify for the Final.
・The bottom two teams (11th and 12th place) in both the EAST/WEST leagues are automatically relegated to the Prince League for the following year.
