On Saturday, March 22nd, we will hold a "Coordination School in Kashima" for 1st to 3rd graders at the Kashima Antlers Clubhouse Futsal Court.
Coordination is the development of movements to improve an athlete's physical abilities, with the aim of "being able to move one's body as one wishes."
It is said that coordination ability rapidly develops during the junior age (5-12 years old), known as the "golden age," and approximately 90% of this ability is completed by age 12. Experiencing and practicing various movements during this period greatly influences future athletic ability.
This event aims to refine the seven essential abilities for exercise:
Rhythm ability: Moving to a rhythm, grasping timing
Balance ability: Maintaining good posture, regaining posture when unbalanced
Conversion ability: Quickly switching movements according to the situation
Reaction ability: Reacting quickly to signals
Connection ability: Moving the entire body smoothly
Orientation ability: Grasping the distance between objects, oneself, and others
Discrimination ability: Skillfully operating tools
When playing sports, including soccer, these abilities are complexly combined. It is said that comprehensively developing these seven abilities is important for improving soccer skills.
Let's challenge various movements necessary for each age group and train our athletic ability together! Friends who are not enrolled in the school are also very welcome. We look forward to your participation!

・This event is eligible for the point card (1 point).
For those who do not have a point card, it will be distributed at the reception (for school students only).
・If the event is canceled midway due to rain, lightning, etc., the participation fee cannot be refunded. In such cases, you may participate in an event of the same value at a later date without a participation fee.
*However, this does not apply if the canceled event had already passed half of its scheduled time at the time of cancellation.
・Photos or videos taken at this event may be published on the club's official website and club media (including social media). Please apply only if you consent to this.
・In case of cancellation, school students will be contacted via Sgrum by 10:00 on the day, and general participants will be contacted via email or phone.
・For injuries on the day, we will provide first aid, but please be aware that subsequent care will be the responsibility of each household.
