Our schools, located in 21 places both within and outside the prefecture, have approximately 3,000 participants ranging from preschoolers to adults.
To create a school where the entire Antlers family, including school students and their parents, can smile, we are recruiting school coaches (promotion) as follows.

【Job Title】
School Coach (Promotion)
【Job Description】
・Soccer school coach primarily for kids (3-4 years old) to elementary school students
・School event management
・Various巡回指導業務 (on-site coaching activities) at kindergartens, nurseries, and elementary schools
・Other general duties at Antlers Academy
【Eligibility】
・18 years or older
・Experience in soccer coaching welcome (especially experience coaching kindergarteners to lower elementary school students)
・Experience as a soccer player or coach (professional or amateur, doesn't matter)
・JFA Class C coach license or higher preferred
【Compensation】
・Contract work (1-year contract)
・Uniform provided
・Salary determined based on experience, etc. (annual salary system)
【Working Hours】
・According to school activities and other activity hours
【Work Location】
One of the three bases: Kashima, Norte (Hitachi), or Tsukuba
