・This event is eligible for point card (1 point).
*Those who do not have a point card will receive one at the reception (limited to school members).
・If the event is canceled midway due to rain, lightning, etc., participation fees cannot be refunded. In such cases, you may participate in an event of the same value at a later date without a participation fee.
*However, this does not apply if the canceled event had already passed half of its scheduled time at the point of cancellation.
・Photos or videos taken at this event may be published on the club's official website and club media (including social media). Please apply only if you agree to this.
・In case of cancellation, school members will be notified via Sgrum and general participants will be notified by phone by 15:30 on the day of the event.
・First aid will be provided by us for any injuries that occur on the day, but we ask each household to handle subsequent treatment. Please be aware of this in advance.
