*Please note that the facility will be temporarily closed if there is a game at Mercari Stadium.
To prevent the spread of COVID-19, the maximum capacity of the room is currently limited to 20 people to avoid crowding. If the capacity is exceeded, you may be asked to wait in front of the training room. Thank you for your understanding.

How to Use

Purchasing an Admission Ticket
Please purchase an admission ticket or a coupon ticket from the ticket machine in front of the office on the 1st floor.
*Each ticket allows up to 3 hours of use (including locker and shower usage time).
If you wish to extend your stay, please purchase another admission ticket.
Check-in
Please present your purchased admission ticket at the training room reception and receive an entry card.
To the Locker Room
Please put your belongings in a locker and be sure to lock it. These are 100-yen coin-operated lockers that require a refundable deposit.
Starting Your Training
As this facility does not have trainers, we do not provide exercise instruction. However, we can explain how to use the machines and equipment to the best of our ability.

Please return your entry card to the reception and exit after your check has been completed.

Important notes on using the service

You may not use the facility in jeans, dress shirts, or outdoor footwear. Please bring appropriate athletic attire and indoor athletic shoes. (Rentals are not available)
We prohibit use by individuals under the influence of alcohol or those feeling unwell.
Visible tattoos are not permitted. (Please ensure they are covered by clothing or other means.)
If a doctor has restricted your exercise, please consult with your doctor before using the facility.
Entry for elementary school-aged children and younger is not permitted to prevent accidents to themselves and avoid inconveniencing other users. Thank you for your understanding.
The training room is primarily for individual use by high school students and older. Due to limited space, please refrain from group use.
Junior high school students are only permitted to use the facility when accompanied by a guardian. Please use under the guardian's responsibility.
Eating, smoking, and nudity are prohibited in the training room. Please change in the locker room.

【Please observe during use】

As there are no trainers at this facility, please use equipment and train within your own physical fitness and condition, and avoid overexertion.
Please refrain from actions that may inconvenience other users, such as monopolizing equipment for extended periods or playing and fooling around with equipment.
We are not responsible for injuries during training or accidents such as theft. Please exercise caution.
