Procedures on the day of use

• Please register and pay the pitch usage fee before using the pitch.
• If the pitch is available on the day, you may extend your usage time.
• The pitch can be used even in the rain.
• In the event of severe weather (conditions where puddles form on the pitch), a decision on whether use is possible will be made 2 hours before your reserved time.

Important notes for facility use

• Game bibs and balls are available at the office, but supplies are limited, so please bring your own team's equipment.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the facility (please use the designated smoking area).
• Please be aware that our club is not responsible for injuries or accidents during facility use, or for theft or loss of valuables or personal belongings.
• Our club does not have insurance for injuries during play. We recommend that you obtain sports insurance.
• Please change pitches promptly.

About cancellations for soccer and futsal fields

• Cancellations on the day of your reservation will incur a 100% charge, and cancellations on the day before will incur a 50% charge.
• Please send cancellation requests via email (no phone calls).
