Ground usage will generally be arranged in the following order of priority:
1. J.League-sponsored matches
2. International matches (including friendlies) by the national A-team; International matches (excluding friendlies) by club teams
3. International matches by national teams other than the A-team
4. All Japan Football Championship (Emperor's Cup)
5. Matches by other professional teams (e.g., international friendlies)
6. International matches sponsored by prefectures, etc.
7. Amateur national tournament finals, semi-finals, or final leagues, etc.
8. Amateur prefectural tournament finals
9. JFL League and L.League-sponsored matches
10. Other amateur matches and usage for the purpose of promoting soccer
*Separate screening will be conducted for other sports and event hosting.
